Since 2005, we have been supplying decorators, entertainers, retail stores, bakeries, schools, religious organizations and event planners with all of their balloon related products. This includes latex and foil balloons in every imaginable size, air and helium inflators, tulle, weights, ribbons, bows, magnets (just ask, they’re amazing),…and all from the best manufacturers in the industry.

Of course, this all comes with a generous helping of free advice gleaned from three decades of Special Events Industry experience by the owner. Plus, you never know who will be stopping by. It could be a world-famous twister; an award winning decorator; maybe even somebody from the Moscow Circus!

The point is, J&R is all about helping you GROW YOUR BUSINESS! You should never spend money here, only invest it! We will do our best to make sure you get what you need, and the very best of it.

J&R is strictly wholesale! That means that in order to make a purchase or view our prices, you must have a valid Tax ID # or Tax Exempt #. We protect our customers and wouldn’t want your customerto know what you pay for the products and services you purchase to make your living.
